I purchased a Sportster 48 from Dan after checking out a couple of other dealerships. The buying experience was awesome! I'm a new rider, who just purchased my very first Harley, at pre-owned 2010 883XLN. The whole experience has been both exciting and intimidating, but I want to say my experience at Mile High Harley-Davidson in Aurora with Brendan Woods has given me so much relief and confidence! From the very beginning Brendan was absolutely welcoming, chill and easy to talk to. Never once did I feel stupid, asking any dumb question I had. That was extremely important to me, because as a new rider entering the world of motorcycling, I have a LOT of dumb questions! Also, I didn't ever have a feeling that I was just being "sales-pitched" into buying a bike. Being a novice rider, first time buyer AND a woman, it was definitely something I was worried about. He had me sit on a bunch of different Sportsters and the second I looked like or said I was uncomfortable we moved on. Brendan looked out for something within my budget over the next couple weeks and called me the moment a bike rolled into the shop that fit my standards.100% HIGHLY recommend Mile-High Aurora and especially connecting with Brendan.

Winter was so helpful in helping me find the perfect shirt for my very sick daughter that needs extremely soft clothing. The shirt she recommended was perfect and I'm so grateful for the time she took to help me find it.

I am new to the Aurora area and I came in to the store with a buddy of mine. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. The staff I dealt with ( Travis and Winter) was extremely professional. I am in the market for a motorcycle when I return from my deployment. Before I left though, Winter took me out for a little bit to test ride a couple of options they had on the lot. It was a fantastic experience. I WAS looking at getting a Honda, as they are cheaper, but I need comfort, durability and longevity out of my first bike...so I think I may just stick with HD. When I do purchase my bike, I will DEFINITELY come to Mile High HD of Aurora. Thank you guys for a great experience and top notch professionalism. Hopefully I'll see you all sometime in 2018.

This is the third time I rented from Mile High and the service just gets better . This time I had 23 people on 15 bikes , we were riding for 14 days and drove 3500 Km and no problems with the bikes . The bikes were all 2015-2016 and in good condition . I highly recommend them. Thanks Robby and the staff at Mile High Rentals

I've had nothing but good experiences at Mile High Harley Davidson! Most recently I went from a 16' Road King to a 17' Ultra Limited. Everyone I've come in contact with has been great! The whole staff made it easy for me. From clothing to parts and service, all 5 stars!

My first time checking out Harley-Davidson. This place is pretty cool. The staffs there are all friendly and knowledgeable with their bikes. I have my eye on one of their Harley. Now I just need to learn how to ride a bike...

We were visiting Colorado from Indiana and stopped in at Mile High HD. Winter was great as we're all of the staff that we talked to there. I highly recommend it!

I bought a new Road King. I was treated so well I brought the wife over the next day and she bought a new Switchback.

I rolled in last year from Sturgis on the way back to Houston. Noticed a noise when decelerating on the 2010CVO and seemed to get worse quickly. I stopped in to service when they took another bike off a lift to put mine on for a look see. The mechanic found the rear wheel locknut loose! He aligned the wheel, tightened the belt and I was good to go in less than an hour. To top it off they told me there was no-charge.

I at least had to buy a few things in the store...
